Formal attire (e.g., suits, tuxedos, dresses, jumpsuits). For ladies, we recommend low or block heels as the ceremony will be held outside on the lawn!

Please plan to arrive at Early Mountain Vineyards at 5:00pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. As traffic in Charlottesville is impacted by university activities, please plan accordingly!

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this night to relax, socialize, and dance! Thank you for understanding!

We are at capacity with our venue which means that we are unfortunately unable to accommodate additional guests that are not stated on your wedding invitation.

You can find our hotel room blocks in the "Travel" tab above. In addition to our hotel blocks, there are many charming hotels, Airbnbs, or Vrbo rental properties in the area to choose from!

Shuttles will be provided to and from the wedding venue from the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Charlottesville-Ruckersville, the Courtyard by Marriott Charlottesville (Hillsdale Dr.), and the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Charlottesville. Exact shuttle times will be provided closer to the wedding date.

Yes! You may park at Early Mountain Vineyards and leave your car overnight if desired.
